Role Description

The General Manager at Pexa will oversee day-to-day operations, franchise management, and business growth strategies, ensuring the company meets its goals. Responsibilities include supervising operational teams, executing strategies to expand the business, managing partnerships and franchise relationships, and ensuring the maintenance of high service quality across all operations. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Attingal.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in operations, business development, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and execute effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry or franchise operations is a plus.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; relevant experience strongly considered.
