**Role Platform Leader / Technical Lead (Governance & Planning Stream)**

* **Job Description:**

This senior role acts as a Platform Leader and Technical Lead within the Governance & Planning stream. They will be a senior infrastructure architect/technical project manager experienced in coordinating design and implementation of changes across multiple dependent platforms, setting platform vision, managing backlogs, and stakeholder engagement.

* **Roles and Responsibilities:**

* Lead and coordinate design and implementation of changes across multiple technology platforms.

* Set platform vision with a clear roadmap, aligning with digital product ambitions.

* Manage platform backlog (build, edit, maintain) and communicate it to stakeholders.

* Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of platforms.

* Manage day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and ensure smooth running.

* Drive stakeholder engagement (developers, suppliers, product teams).

* Manage dependencies and blockers, improving delivery capabilities.

* Comply with relevant frameworks and standards.

* **Years of Experience:**
10+ years

* **Primary Skillset:** Technical project/program management, Infrastructure architecture, Stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, Cross-platform coordination.

* **Secondary Skillset:** Change management, Release management principles, Broad understanding of integration technologies.

* **Must-have Skills:**

* Extensive experience as a technical project manager or infrastructure architect in complex environments.

* Proven ability to coordinate changes across multiple dependent systems/platforms.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Experience with agile planning and execution.

* Ability to set technical vision and strategy for platforms.

* **Good-to-have Skills:**

* Experience with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.

* Knowledge of specific integration platforms used by Inter ABC.

* PMP or similar project management certification.
