About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain the scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure that supports our products and internal systems. This role is crucial for ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability across environments from development to production.

You will work closely with DevOps, software engineers, cloud architects, and security teams to implement modern infrastructure practices, automate workflows, and monitor systems proactively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and manage scalable IT infrastructure (cloud and/or on-premise).

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).

- Monitor infrastructure health and respond to performance and availability incidents.

- Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.

- Collaborate with security teams to ensure systems are compliant and secure.

- Manage and support virtualization platforms, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and networking components.

- Plan for capacity, scalability, disaster recovery, and system backups.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.

- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, or DevOps.

- Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).

- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, VPN, firewalls).

- Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect).

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).

- Background in managing hybrid infrastructure environments.

- Exposure to security compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
