Work Shift: 6.30AM to 2.30PM & 2.30PM to 10.30PM

Role Overview:

As a Premiums Handler, you will be responsible for processing various types of premiums, monitoring accounts throughout their lifecycle, and resolving stakeholder queries. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process premiums (PPC & PPW, multi-currency) within SLA timelines.
  • Prepare LPANS, perform market submissions, and process LORS splits.
  • Resolve bureau queries and ensure proactive communication with stakeholders.
  • Handle inquiries and assist team members with query resolution.
  • Prepare internal reports and perform document analysis and calculations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively within the team and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and in different shifts as required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
