About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can blend
creativity with client engagement
. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys designing jewelry and also loves interacting with people. You will be responsible for guiding customers in-store, understanding their preferences, and sketching out design concepts for custom orders on the spot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in the showroom with warmth and professionalism.
  • Understand customer requirements and
    sketch bespoke jewelry designs live
    during consultations.
  • Provide styling guidance, suggest design improvements, and help customers visualize their piece.
  • Collaborate with the production team to translate sketches into CAD/manufacturing-ready formats.
  • Drive showroom sales by presenting collections, upselling, and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current jewelry trends, metals, gemstones, and lab-grown diamonds.
  • Contribute creative ideas for product development and marketing campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong sketching ability (hand-drawing or digital tools like Procreate/Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of jewelry materials, manufacturing, and design feasibility.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills — confident in client-facing roles.
  • Sales experience in luxury retail or jewelry is a plus.
  • Passion for jewelry design and customer service.
