Interactive e-Learning Developer – Articulate Storyline 360

WE ARE LOOKING FOR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNERS OR E-LEARNING DEVELOPERS PROFICIENT IN Articulate Storyline 360 We are a film production house and have been avid in making corporate films, Ads, music videos and much more. A close-knit team of 70, are currently working with reputed corporate firms for 2-D explainer videos on ongoing projects for about 23 countries in about 38 languages.
What we are looking for:We currently have openings for 'Instructional Designers' with the following details:We're looking for an experienced eLearning Developer to design, develop, and publish interactive learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360. You'll work closely with our instructional designers and content teams to turn scripts and ideas into polished, user-friendly courses. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop interactive eLearning modules using Storyline 360.
Convert scripts and instructional content into engaging digital learning experiences. Create custom interactions, branching scenarios, quizzes, and animations. Collaborate with SMEs, writers, and designers to ensure instructional integrity and design cohesion.
Test and troubleshoot course functionality for smooth delivery on LMS platforms. Optimize courses for accessibility, usability, and learner engagement. Requirements1+ years of hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory. Experience creating SCORM-compliant eLearning modules. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
Excellent attention to detail, layout, and user experience. Nature of job
