Creative Visual Content Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team. This role involves designing engaging visual content for digital learning experiences, collaborating with instructional designers, and expanding skills into eLearning development using Articulate Storyline 360.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position requiring 1-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be willing to learn Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning authoring tools.
Responsibilities:
- Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media.
- Support the visual development of training modules by providing assets (icons, templates, characters, etc.).
- Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning goals.
- Learn and contribute to the development of interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
