Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Team Lead DWDM Technology. The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the deployment and maintenance of Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) technology. Daily tasks include overseeing the network operations, troubleshooting issues, ensuring system efficiency, coordinating with other teams for seamless integration, and implementing new technologies to enhance network performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience with DWDM Technology, Network Operations, and Troubleshooting
  • Strong skills in System Efficiency, Project Management, and Coordination
  • Knowledge of Fiber Optics, Internet Services, and Broadband Technologies
  • Excellent Communication, Team Leadership, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with current and emerging telecom technologies
