  • You would be responsible for calling existing and prospective parents from the provided database and lining.
  • Will be responsible for proper follow up and maintain conversation records.

  • Should be able get admission by calling.
  • Verification of leads.
  • Converting the leads into admissions.
  • Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students.
  • Coordinating for webinars/seminars and other promotional activities for student registration.
  • Works collaboratively with other admission telecallers.
  • Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls.
  • Support the students throughout the admission process by answering to their queries.
  • Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
  • Maintain regular communication with students, parents for coordinating admission activities.
  • Collaborate with the program coordinators to organize presentations, information sessions.
  • Build broad knowledge on school admission activities and guidelines.
  • Good incentives should be provided.

Job Type: Full-time
