• Operational knowledge in Store management
• Material Inward & Outward into Stores
• Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to the correct point of storage area.
• Ensure Received Materials unpack, count, cost/price checking as per PO/Gate pass and acknowledgment to respective team.
• Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. Ensure all store requisitions are signed and approved by concerned Department Lead/SPOC depending upon the site's operations procedure.
• Documents preparation for Materials Movements (Rejection Items, Inter unit transfers, repair and servicing items (Gate pass, DC, RDC & E-Way/Declaration).
• Ensure issue of material only against approved MRN.
• Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches. Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures.
• Daily updating in ERP/Spreadsheet of store records like GRN, MRN, return from the Lab and Assembly floor.
• Ear marking and arranging of stocks in Stores.
• Monthly closure of inventory activities. All pending activities to be cleared on or before month end closure.
• Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Co-ordination with Transporter for material movement.
• Record keeping.

• Graduation/ Diploma in any discipline.
• SAP Knowledge & any ERP Module.
• 3-5 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse material management (WMS knowledge and experience in electronic industry is added advantage).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourceful, self-driven, transparent, proactive and independent worker.
• Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
