Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Sales Senior Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Store Sales Senior Executive will be responsible for daily sales operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. The role includes greeting and assisting customers, managing sales transactions, maintaining store appearance, monitoring stock levels, and developing strong product knowledge. The executive will also be involved in training new staff and contributing to the overall efficiency of store operations.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling sales transactions and managing stock levels
  • Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience in the furniture or home decor industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
