As a Store Executive, you will be a critical part of our operations team, managing comprehensive store operations that support our mission to deliver exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will oversee material management, inventory control, and warehouse operations while contributing to our commitment to operational excellence and sustainability. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your expertise in store management will help drive efficiency and innovation across our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations Management:Manage complete material inward and outward processes within store operationsReceive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to designated storage areasFollow established standards for issuing and receiving stock within operational guidelinesEnsure proper unpacking, counting, and cost/price verification against PO/Gate pass documentationReject damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items to maintain quality standardsDocumentation & Compliance:Prepare comprehensive documentation for material movements including rejection items, inter-unit transfers, and repair/servicing items (Gate pass, DC, RDC & E-Way/Declaration)Ensure all store requisitions are properly signed and approved by designated Department Leads/SPOCsIssue materials only against approved Material Request Notes (MRN)Maintain accurate quantity matching between requests and issued materialsDocument after-hours issues in accordance with internal controls and proceduresSystem Management & Record Keeping:Daily updating of ERP/spreadsheet store records including GRN, MRN, and returns from Lab and Assembly floorCoordinate monthly inventory closure activities ensuring all pending tasks are completed by month-endMaintain systematic ear marking and arrangement of stocks in storesEnsure accurate record keeping and data integrityStakeholder Coordination:Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersManage coordination with transporters for material movementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiencyRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline3-5 years of experience in Stores/Warehouse material managementWorking knowledge of SAP and ERP modulesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong analytical skills and ability to make sound inventory-related judgmentsDemonstrated ability to work as a resourceful, self-driven, and independent professionalStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyKnowledge of store management operational proceduresPreferred QualificationsWarehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge and experienceExperience in electronics industry operationsPrevious experience in manufacturing or industrial environmentCertification in inventory management or supply chain operationsKnowledge of quality control processes and proceduresExperience with multi-location inventory coordinationFamiliarity with regulatory compliance requirements for material handlingLocation: On-site –Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:0If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
