Job Title: Stores Executive - Sheet Metal and BIW (Body in White) Manufacturing Job Description: Company Overview: GETS Automotives Pvt Ltd is a leading player in the sheet metal and BIW (Body in White) manufacturing industry, committed to delivering high-quality solutions for our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Stores Manager with 2-3 years of expertise in sheet metal and BIW manufacturing, along with proficiency in Tally ERP. Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory related to sheet metal and BIW components. Utilize Tally ERP software to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records. 2. Procurement Support: Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and efficient stock replenishment. Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement orders as necessary. 3. Quality Control Integration: Work closely with quality assurance teams to integrate quality control measures into the inventory management process. Ensure adherence to quality standards for all stored materials. 4. Warehousing and Storage: Supervise the organization of the warehouse for optimal space utilization. Implement efficient storage practices to minimize damage and losses. 5. Material Handling: Oversee the handling and transportation of materials within the facility. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during material movement. 6. Tally ERP Expertise: Utilize Tally ERP software for effective stores management, including invoicing, billing, and financial reporting. Train and support team members in using Tally ERP for their respective tasks. 7. Continuous Improvement: Analyse stores management processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. 8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of inventory transactions and stock movements. Generate regular reports using Tally ERP to provide insights into stores performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or B E Mechanical OR a related field. 1-3 years of experience as a Stores Manager in the sheet metal and BIW manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Tally ERP for inventory management, invoicing, and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, and material handling. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
