The Office Boy will be responsible for providing general administrative and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role includes handling errands, assisting office staff, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting administrative functions as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle indoor and outdoor office duties such as document collection, courier, and bank or client visits.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks.
  • Deliver and collect documents, bills, and cheques from clients and vendors as instructed.
  • Support administrative and HR teams in day-to-day activities.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office supplies and inventory.
  • Handle basic errands within and outside the office using a two-wheeler.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / Plus Two.
  • Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License (mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Familiar with routes in and around RS Puram / Coimbatore.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and disciplined.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹16,250.00 per month
