Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.

Communication & Coordination

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Communicate messages accurately to staff and management.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization.
  • Support HR or administrative departments with routine clerical tasks.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, or meeting minutes as requested.

Office Organization

  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are ready and equipped for use.
  • Coordinate maintenance or repair requests with building management.

Customer Service

  • Provide information to clients, customers, or visitors about company services.
  • Handle complaints or issues courteously and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Technology & Systems

  • Use office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools).
  • Manage calendars and booking systems.
  • Update contact databases and employee directories.
