Front Desk Management
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate staff or department.
Communication & Coordination
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Communicate messages accurately to staff and management.
Administrative Support
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization.
- Support HR or administrative departments with routine clerical tasks.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, or meeting minutes as requested.
Office Organization
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Ensure meeting rooms are ready and equipped for use.
- Coordinate maintenance or repair requests with building management.
Customer Service
- Provide information to clients, customers, or visitors about company services.
- Handle complaints or issues courteously and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Technology & Systems
- Use office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools).
- Manage calendars and booking systems.
- Update contact databases and employee directories.
