Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager Digital Marketing (Domestic & International)
Location : Dwarka delhi
Working days : 6 days ( 10 Am - 7 pm )
*candidate must have experience as BDM with digital marketing company.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Professional to drive growth for our digital marketing services across both domestic (India) and international markets (US, UK, UAE, etc.). The ideal candidate must have prior experience in agency sales and a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, branding, and lead generation services.
Role & responsibilities
- Research competitor offerings, market trends, and customer needs to stay ahead Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels Upwork, LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, events, and networking Maintain CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting Pitch digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Web Development, and Branding.
- Create and present customized proposals, case studies, and pricing models based on client needs
- Build strong client relationships and follow-ups to convert leads into paying clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Ads, Content, Design, Dev) to ensure client expectations are met
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience in business development / sales / client acquisition in a digital marketing agency
- Exposure to international markets and understanding of cultural business practices
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Website Development
- Excellent written & spoken English (client-facing communication)
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, CRM tools, and cold outreach tools
- Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
