Urgent Requirement for Account Executive

Industry - Ecommerce

Only male candidate

Timing - 3.00pm to 1.00am

5 days working

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day financial transactions, including data entry, accounts
  • payable and receivable
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger and bank statements
  • Process invoices, credit notes, refunds, and expense claims
  • Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other
  • irregularities
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., customer service, warehouse) and external vendors
  • Assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance-related activities
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data
  • Help implement and maintain financial procedures and controls

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role (eCommerce industry a plus)
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, etc.) and MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
