Job Role:

We are seeking a Senior Executive Marketing & Digital Strategy in Bangalore to drive marketing campaigns, branding and digital strategy. This role requires candidate with creative mindset to bring new strategies.

Job Description / Responsibilities, Goals and Scope:

1) Drive marketing campaigns for the company.

2) Improve the online and offline branding/brand image of the organization.

3) Undertake the digital marketing activities.

4) Bring about new strategies in digital marketing.

5) Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless marketing campaigns.

6) Stay up-to-date with industry trends.

7) Track, analyze and improve the marketing campaigns.

8) Prepare presentation and reports for the marketing campaigns.

Required Key Skills / Desired Experience:

01) Educational Qualification: Any graduate degree; MBA in marketing/sales is a plus.

02) Work Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of marketing including digital marketing experience in IFMS, Manpower or related industries.

03) Prior experience in marketing including digital marketing in a facility management company would be advantageous.

04) Notice Period: Candidates who can join immediately or in 10 or 15 days would be considered favorably.

06) Communication and Languages: Candidate must have good communication in English.

07) Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.

08) Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

09) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
