About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients and selling our digital marketing and website services, including website development, social media marketing, Google Ads, and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.

Explain and pitch website design, Google Ads, social media marketing, and digital marketing services.

Follow up with interested customers and close sales over the call.

Maintain proper records of daily calls and leads.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Meet daily and weekly call and sales targets.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi / English / Regional language).

Basic knowledge of website and digital marketing services (training will be provided).

Confidence to speak with business owners and decision-makers.

Positive attitude and sales-driven mindset.

Fresher or 6 months+ experience in telecalling or telesales preferred.
