Job Title: Junior Executive Operations

Location: Head Office (HO), Mumbai

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Executive – Operations to manage back-end operational activities from the Head Office. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and capable of coordinating with internal teams, warehouses, field staff, and bankers to ensure smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make accurate entries in the internal system and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Verify and approve entries received from warehouses.
  • Coordinate with field teams for operational updates and document follow-ups.
  • Liaise with bankers for transaction-related matters and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports and share updates with the management.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Support day-to-day administrative and oerational tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in back-office or operations roles preferred.
  • Freshers with strong Excel and coordination skills may also apply.
