Job Title – Service Head

Overview:

A dynamic, versatile and ambitious leader is required to manage & grow the business unit of around 150+ members team working across tech stack (aws/Java /.Net /React/ Mobility) and geographies

Should have good industry experience of 15+ years and should have ability & willingness to manage large Indian MNCs projects

Should have ability to align himself with the Organizational Goals, and work closely with management team to achieve those

Should have vision to work as CEO of his unit managing across all functions coherently i.e. Delivery, Growth, Customers and Team

A solution focused, growth oriented, disciplined individual with strong integrity & value system which would be the best fit for the role

Roles and Responsibilities:

Delivery Management: Should be passionate for First Time Right and in-Time deliveries. Should effectively use the processes & tools to achieve the same by driving and grooming Program Managers, Project Managers and Leads towards it

Client Management: Should have strong client management skills with focus on continuously improving client perception through pro-activeness, ownership, delivery quality and value adds

Leadership Development: Should be firm believer of team work, and should continuously work towards developing leadership layer below him

Direct Project Management: Should have confidence to drive the project independently as well (in case of absence or limited team involvement) for the activities like requirement analysis, solutioning, project planning, reviews, client front-ending etc.

Growth: Should participate in pitching for new projects and should keep the team ready to take up new projects within the same or new clients

Account Management: Will be responsible for managing end to end account management related operations like Delivery, Team Building, New Business Generation, Process Definition & Implementation, Billing & Collection with the help of Delivery and Corporate Functions team

Profit Management: Should implement the strong governance process to ensure the project closure within the budget planned

Qualifications and Skills:

A BTech/BE/MCA professional with 15+ years of IT experience, 5+ years of Project & Client Management and 5+ years of Technology Delivery experience

Should have worked with Domestic Enterprise Level Clients with the ability to lead the projects irrespective of technology

Key Skills - Strong Analytical, Stakeholder Management, Interpersonal Communication, Technical Writing and Presentation skills

Should be good in Project Management, Risk Management, Process Definition & Implementation, Resource Management, Client Management, Effort Overrun Management and Domestic Client handling
