Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the onboarding process for Contract Research Organizations and individual scientists.
  • Ensure fast, seamless onboarding aligned with internal timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, BD, Operations) to ensure readiness for each profile.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for CROs, addressing queries and guiding them through the onboarding lifecycle.
  • Help maintain quality and consistency in the setup of partner profiles on the platform.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Academic background in chemistry, biology, or a related life sciences field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in onboarding, partner success, or scientific customer engagement roles (preferably in a startup or CRO-facing environment).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A mature, confident presence – ideally in their late 20s to early 30s – capable of interacting comfortably with senior scientists and BD heads at CROs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
