Role: Graduate Engineer Trainee

Location: Mumbai & Pune

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Monitoring & Rollout

  • Track progress of IoT and telecom infrastructure projects.
  • Maintain and update project schedules.
  • Coordinate deployment and rollout of devices and solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery and installation of hardware/software.

2. Operations & Maintenance

  • Ensure safe and effective operations of tower sites.
  • Manage site uptime, energy efficiency, and ESH compliance.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and resolve punch points.

3. Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
  • Conduct quality checks on deployed solutions.
  • Document resolutions and update SOPs.

4. Performance Reporting

  • Analyze data from IoT devices and sensors.
  • Generate performance dashboards and reports.
  • Identify trends and optimization opportunities.

5. Site & Customer Management

  • Maintain site hygiene and compliance.
  • Support outage escalations and site access for tenants.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage upgrades.

6. Energy Management

  • Identify high diesel consumption sites and suggest remedies.
  • Minimize EB faults and facilitate EB conversions.
  • Ensure DG running hours and DCEM compliance.

7. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with cross-functional teams including engineers and project managers.
  • Evaluate technician performance and plan training.
  • Maintain landlord engagement for site access and upgrades.
