Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator with hands-on experience in the plywood industry to support the sales team, manage order processing, and coordinate with dealers, distributors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge of plywood and related building materials and ensure smooth execution of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and customers regarding orders and deliveries.

  • Handle product inquiries related to plywood, block boards, laminates, and allied products.

Order Processing & Execution
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order fulfillment.

  • Track dispatches and ensure on-time delivery to customers.

Client & Dealer Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.

  • Follow up for payments and outstanding dues in coordination with accounts team.

Reporting & MIS
  • Maintain sales records, customer data, and pricing details.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.

Market Coordination
  • Assist sales team with promotional schemes, offers, and product launches.

  • Share market feedback and competitor information with management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).

  • 2–5 years of experience in plywood / laminates / building material industry.

  • Strong understanding of plywood grades, pricing, and dealer network.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
