Job Title: Senior Sales Manager - Global Captives (Automotive Sector)Location: Bangalore, IndiaExperience Required: 12-18 YearsJob Description:We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager for Wipro Engineering to lead our efforts in managing global captives within the automotive sector in IndiaKey Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand our market presence within the global captives segment of the automotive sector based in India. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within global captive organizations. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture new business opportunities. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with global captives, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including delivery, pre-sales, and practices, to ensure seamless pursuits and ease of doing business experience for the customers. Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Provide insights to inform business strategies and product development.
Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management. Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies. Qualifications:Experience: 12-18 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in managing engineering pursuits and engagements for global captives within the automotive sector.
Experience in the Indian market is essential. Education: B.E. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Location: Must be based in Bangalore, India, with the ability to travel as required.
Skills:Experience in Engineering Service SalesStrong understanding of the automotive industry and global captive operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
