We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python, SQL, AWS cloud services, Power BI, and PySpark, with strong analytical skills and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities:-

-Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business and operational decisions.

-Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.

-Perform data analysis and transformations using Python (Pandas, NumPy).

-Build scalable data processing workflows using PySpark.

-Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

-Work with AWS services to store, process, and analyze data.

-Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights.

-Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.

-Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports and dashboards.

-Document analysis processes, data definitions, and reporting logic.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

-3 to 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

-Strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions)

-Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and automation.

-Experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report optimization).

-Practical knowledge of PySpark for large-scale data processing.

Experience with AWS services, such as:

-S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue, EMR

-Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and analytics workflows.

-Good communication skills to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
