Job Summary:
The role intense HR operations, life-cycle management and office administration. Active involvement in special HR projects requiring documentation, data management and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, and payroll-related data.
- Support the implementation and compliance of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of employee queries.
- Support audits and ensure HR compliance with statutory regulations.
- Ensuring seamless office management and guest management.
- Be part of HR/Business projects.
Must Have Requirements:
- Graduate or above qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, admin tasks, payroll, or attendance management.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to lead projects independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Comfortable working from office.

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
