Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Troubleshoot network and hardware issues to ensure minimal downtime
  • Assist in network monitoring and support for local and remote teams
  • Perform basic network security tasks and ensure systems are up to date
  • Support in maintaining inventory of hardware and network equipment
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve network-related problems
  • Assist in setting up new hardware systems for internal and client use
  • Document network setups and provide technical support to users
