Job Title: Sales Executive

Experience: 1-3 years

Location: Kochi

Industry: water treatment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, generate and qualify leads (both direct and through channel/partner networks).
  • Present company's water treatment to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits and value.
  • Arrange client site visits, coordinate with operations/marketing teams, and manage logistics for field meetings.
  • Handle client objections, negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM or sales tracking systems with client details, follow-up status and revenue pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing/operations teams to contribute to go-to-market strategies and improve customer outreach.
  • Ensure prompt collection of payments where applicable and follow up on dues and post-sale obligations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year and up to 3 years of experience in sales,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target driven, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler and willingness to travel within territory (if applicable).
  • Education: MBA (Marketing)
