Required: System Administrator and IT Support Specialist with minimum 4 years of experience managing Windows Server environments, network infrastructure, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Proficient in Active Directory, Firewall configuration,Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and network security. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with ITIL standards and security best practices.

Core Competencies Required

Windows Server Administration (2008/2012/2016/2019), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Azure & AWS Cloud Administration, VMware & Hyper-V Virtualization, LAN/WAN/VPN Configuration, Firewall Management, PowerShell Scripting, Backup & Disaster Recovery, ITIL Practices, Network Troubleshooting, System Security Auditing, Technical Documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other network security tools.
  • Optimize internet bandwidth usage and ensure network performance through fine-tuning and traffic shaping.
  • Set up and manage load balancers for high availability and failover.
  • Identify and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and fast recovery.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and DevOps teams for seamless integration and security compliance.
  • Document network architecture, procedures, and troubleshooting protocols.
  • Conduct periodic audits and provide recommendations for improvement and scalability.
