Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality.
  • Analyze production data and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support the design and procurement of new tools, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for manufacturing issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) and process validation.
  • Work with sourcing team to develop test setup at vendors end
  • Good understanding of PLM and Drawings
  • Good understanding of BOM and able to create production BOM using engineering BOM
  • Understanding of ECR/ECN process
  • Basic understanding of ERP

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of PLM and Drawings

Good to Have:

  • Basic understanding of ERP

Eligible Candidates:

  • Desired Qualification: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years of experience
