We are seeking a Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize data-driven digital campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering measurable results in terms of leads, conversions, and ROI, while constantly experimenting with new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging ad copies and visuals.
  • Track KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and share reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
  • Manage budgets effectively and allocate spends to maximize returns.
  • Optimize funnels for lead generation, user acquisition, and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Performance Marketer / Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹27,000.00 per month
