Role Description

We are seeking a highly driven
Performance Marketer
with hands-on experience in running and optimising ad campaigns across multiple platforms for D2C brands. The ideal candidate has
directly spent over ₹60 Lakhs+ annually
on campaigns, is comfortable in a
client-facing role
, and knows exactly how to drive performance, boost CTRs, and maximise conversions through strategic ad spends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and optimise Shopify and WordPress stores for better funnel performance.
  • Analyse data to improve CTR, ROAS, and Conversion Rates (CRO).
  • Create compelling video hooks and ad creatives to capture attention and drive engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and landing pages.
  • Monitor daily ad spends, track KPIs, and ensure efficient budget utilisation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide performance-driven strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in D2C performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing ₹60 Lakhs+ ad spend in a year.
  • Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.
  • Experience with Shopify and WordPress.
  • Strong knowledge of CRO principles, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies.
  • Ability to conceptualise and execute engaging video ads with high-performing hooks.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and campaign reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
