Job Description: Tally Accountant (Procurement & Vendor Coordination)

Location: Noida, Sector-63

Company: Neometrix Defence Limited (NDL)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Purchase Order (PO) Creation

  2. Prepare accurate and timely Purchase Orders in Tally (Prime/ERP).

  3. Ensure correct item descriptions, GST rates, vendor details, and quantity checks.

  4. Maintain neat documentation and digital records of all POs.

  5. Vendor & Supplier Coordination

  6. Communicate daily with vendors for pricing, delivery timelines, quotations, and clarifications.

  7. Track orders until delivery; coordinate with stores/engineering teams.

  8. Follow up aggressively for pending items, materials, and documents.

  9. Negotiation & Cost Control

  10. Negotiate pricing and payment terms with suppliers.

  11. Evaluate quotations and compare rates to ensure cost-effective buying.

  12. Help maintain vendor lists, rate lists, and approved suppliers.

  13. Accounts & Documentation Support

  14. Enter purchase entries, GRNs, and supplier invoices in Tally.

  15. Support basic reconciliation tasks.

  16. Maintain vendor files, agreements, and compliance related to GST/TDS as required.

  17. General Office & Procurement Support

  18. Assist the procurement manager for urgent purchases.

  19. Raise flags for delays, wrong shipments, or quality issues.
  20. Coordinate for AMC renewals, service calls, and warranty follow-ups when required.

Required Skills

  • Strong command of Tally (Prime/ERP).
  • Excellent communication skills clear, confident, and professional.
  • Smart decision-making and strong follow-up habits.
  • Good negotiation skills (not afraid to push vendors).
  • Basic understanding of GST, purchase accounting, and vendor payments.
  • High energy, proactive attitude, and ability to multitask.

Eligibility

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance preferred).
  • Experience: 14 years in Tally Accounting & Procurement Support.
  • Freshers with exceptional energy + Tally skills can also apply.

Salary Range

18,000 – 50,000 per month (based on skill & interview performance).
