We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated
Accountant
to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial recordkeeping, and support compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
Tally ERP / Tally Prime
,
GST
,
TDS
,
bank reconciliation
, and
vendor management
.

Key Responsibility:

  • Maintain daily books of accounts in
    Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
    .
  • Prepare
    sales, purchase, debit, and credit notes
    .
  • Handle
    bank reconciliations
    , and reconcile debtors and creditors.
  • Prepare and file
    GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
    and
    TDS
    on a monthly basis.
  • Manage
    E-Invoicing and E-Way Bill
    generation.
  • Process and track
    vendor payments
    , office bills, and employee reimbursements.
  • Maintain and update
    party ledgers
    , trial balance, and other accounting records.
  • Support
    audit requirements
    and provide documentation as needed.
  • Assist in preparing
    monthly MIS reports
    and supporting management with data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with all
    statutory obligations
    and company accounting policies.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
    .
  • Sound knowledge of
    GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
    .
  • Strong command over
    MS Excel and MS Office tools
    .
  • Familiarity with
    E-Invoicing
    and
    E-Way Bill
    procedures.
  • Good understanding of
    bookkeeping principles
    and accounting standards.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or service-based companies preferred.
