About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled
Hands-on Angular Lead Engineer
who can lead frontend development, guide the team, and actively contribute to coding, architecture, and solution design. The candidate must have deep technical expertise in Angular and frontend best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality Angular applications.
  • Work hands-on to develop components, services, modules, and reusable UI frameworks.
  • Collaborate with designers, product owners, and backend developers to deliver features on time.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices and standards.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
  • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and state management.
  • Break down tasks, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery of technical deliverables.
  • Integrate Angular applications with RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Ensure security, maintainability, and scalability of the frontend codebase.
  • Stay updated with the latest Angular trends and ecosystem updates.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Angular 16+
    (preferably 13/14/15+).
  • Proficiency in
    TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), RxJS, NgRx, and state management
    .
  • Solid expertise in
    HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, and Responsive UI
    .
  • Strong experience in
    RESTful API integration
    .
  • Experience with
    unit testing tools
    like Jasmine & Karma.
  • Knowledge of
    frontend performance optimization
    and best practices.
  • Familiarity with
    Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
    .
  • Strong understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns.
