Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer with Quality Control responsibilities, located in Erode. The role involves overseeing production engineering processes, planning and managing production schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and implementing ASME U-stamp requirements for heavy fabrication. The position demands close collaboration with teams to identify and resolve production issues and maintain efficiency in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Production Engineering, including heavy fabrication processes.
  • Proficiency in Quality Control practices and adherence to ASME U-stamp standards.
  • Strong Production Planning and organizational skills to optimize operational workflows.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to address and solve production-related challenges.
  • Effective Communication skills for collaboration across teams and with management.
  • Knowledge of fabrication codes and industry standards is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is highly desirable.
