Position: Marketing & Sales Support Executive

Administration)Location: Bengaluru, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the marketing team with preparation of quotations, proposals & tender documentation (domestic & international).
  • Prepare & update MIS reports, sales trackers, and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
  • Maintain databases for leads, clients, and tenders.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for follow-ups.
  • Support in preparing presentations, marketing materials, and client communications.
  • Manage front office operations calls, visitors, correspondence, meetings & travel arrangements.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, Data Cleaning).
  • Knowledge of domestic & international tendering processes.
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
  • Pleasing personality with professional etiquette.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in front office, administration, or marketing support roles.
  • Experience in handling quotations, tenders, and client correspondence preferred.
