Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Management:
  • Maintain and update the company's CRM system with leads, prospects, and client interactions.
  • Track customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales pipeline effectively.
  • Generate reports on customer engagement and sales activities.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, exhibitions, trade shows).
  • Create engaging product presentations, brochures, and online content.
  • Manage social media handles and company website to showcase products & updates.
  • Coordinate with agencies for branding, advertisements, and PR initiatives.
  • Business Development Support:
  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, market research, and competitor analysis.
  • Support client meetings by preparing proposals, presentations, and product details.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely communication.
  • Data & Market Insights:
  • Conduct industry research to identify new opportunities in domestic and export markets.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand.
  • Share insights with management for strategic decision-making.
  • Events & Networking:
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Coordinate promotional activities with distributors and partners.

  • Ability to coordinate between sales, production, and management teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in
    steel/industrial/manufacturing sector
    ).
  • Knowledge of steel strips or related industrial products will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to digital marketing tools is desirable.
