Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team responsible for collection of outstanding receivables from customers across assigned areas.
  • Ensure timely recovery of dues by identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including phone calls, emails, and visits.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to resolve disputes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the team's operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-10 years of experience in field collections or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of legal compliance requirements in banking industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in using technology-based tools for efficient workflow management.
