About the Role:

Were looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and organized Accountant who can take full ownership of our day-to-day bookkeeping and coordinate seamlessly with our CA for all accounting and compliance needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Tally.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly to ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances in coordination with the CA.
  • Prepare monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial reports as needed.
  • Oversee invoice management and ensure all payment records are properly tracked.
  • Work closely with the CA for audits, financial reviews, and tax filings.
  • Manage and update Excel sheets for internal tracking, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain documentation for petty cash, vendor bills, and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data required for accounting and expense validation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of Tally and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data management).
  • Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly closing.
  • Prior experience in handling e-commerce or D2C brand accounting will be a major plus.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with CAs, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Someone who takes full ownership of the finance and accounting process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel is non-negotiable.
  • Experience with e-commerce or D2C companies preferred.
