**Reporting To**: Accounts Manager / Senior Accountant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping activities.
- Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP).
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Assist in reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Help prepare financial reports and summaries as required by management.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and verification.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary data and documentation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field**.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and familiarity with accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Internship or project experience in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance.
