Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, responsible, and strategic Accounting and Finance Executive to oversee and manage the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will take ownership of day-to-day accounting, budgeting, GST filings, TDS compliance, vendor payments, payroll coordination, and financial forecasting. This is a critical role that supports our company's operations, compliance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

  • Maintain and update books of accounts (Tally or Zoho Books).
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash.

Compliance & Taxation

  • File monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase registers.
  • Handle TDS filings and ensure timely payment of statutory dues (EPF, ESIC if applicable).
  • Assist with income tax, ROC, and other financial audits.

Financial Management

  • Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and MIS reports for management review.
  • Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.
  • Support cost analysis and profitability assessments for various product lines.

Vendor & Payroll Coordination

  • Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.
  • Liaise with the HR department for salary processing, reimbursements, and payroll compliance.

Inventory & Purchase Reconciliation

  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure accurate stock valuation and inventory control.
  • Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and delivery notes.
