Company Description

E-Waste Technology and Management Private Limited has over 8 years of experience in e-waste management, providing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) certification and Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO) services to manufacturers, brands, importers, and bulk consumers of electrical, electronics, IT, and consumer products. We collaborate with industry experts such as recyclers, dismantlers, aggregators, and refurbishers to create a clean and green eco-system, ensuring environmentally sound management of e-waste. Supported by government initiatives like Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, we aim to raise awareness through ads, campaigns, digital marketing, and schemes to reduce and eradicate e-waste.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist located in New Delhi. The Operational Specialist will manage day-to-day operations, oversee project management tasks, ensure efficient workflow, and coordinate with various departments. You will also analyze operational performance, optimize processes, and support sales activities. The role involves developing reports, communicating effectively with team members, and supporting initiatives aimed at improving overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing operational performance and optimizing processes
  • Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders
  • Experience in Sales to support business development and client relationships
  • Proficiency in Operations Management for overseeing daily activities and improving efficiency
  • Project Management experience for managing timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
  • Experience in the e-waste management industry is a plus
