Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

  • Develop and maintain an annual internal audit schedule for IMS.
  • Prepare audit plans and checklists based on IMS requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Review processes, procedures, and records for compliance and effectiveness.
  • Document audit findings, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare clear and concise audit reports for management review.
  • Follow up on corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
  • Advise departments on IMS requirements and best practices.
  • Provide training and awareness sessions on IMS standards.
  • Coordinate with Group/Regional for IMS related activities
  • Provide support & coordinate with outside auditors in recertification & surveillance audits process

Key Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certification or training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 internal auditing.
  • Experience conducting IMS audits.
  • Strong understanding of IMS principles and standards.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • In detail orientated with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Effective time management.
  • Project management consultancy business understanding (preferable)

Preferred candidate profile:

IMS Internal Auditor will be responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting on internal audits of the organizations Integrated Management System (IMS), covering Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health & Safety (ISO standards. The auditor will ensures compliance, identify areas for improvement, and supports continual improvement across all management systems.
