  • Manager Proto and Pilot is responsible for development of PoC (Proof of Concept), functional Prototypes and Pilot lot of Li-Ion battery pack which is very close to the actual production design.
  • Electrical: Understanding of low voltage, High voltage electrical designs and corresponding electrical drawings; BMS, Hardware testing & validation, component selection; electrical lay-out etc.
  • Thermal: Understanding on thermal calculations and modelling, simulation, and interpretation of results.
  • Mechanical: Basic knowledge of different materials, tools, and production methods.
  • Development of Proof of concepts (PoC), fully functional prototypes and pilot production of Li Ion battery pack.
  • Proto build, Testing, Analysis & Troubleshooting, Product design & Quality Improvements (LV & High Voltage Lithium-Ion battery packs, EV Chargers, BMS etc ).
  • Testing of BMS and Li-Ion battery pack samples.
  • Analysis of failures and their corrective action and Preventive action (CAPA).
  • Validation of New Concepts & Samples.
  • Co-ordination with R&D for regular updates, feedbacks to encounter the problems.
  • Improvement in the current and new products to resolve the frequently coming faults with the help of R&D team.
  • Understanding of DFM, DFA & DFS. Ensure product design to meet DFM, DFA and DFS.
  • Ensure closer of all open issue related to DFM, DFA & DFS observed during proto & pilot activity with support from design team.
