Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Key responsibilities:
Make Inbound calls & Outbound calls on a daily basis.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Take the extra mile to engage customers and inform them about on going offers
Skills and Experience:
6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service support
Fluency in English & Hindi. Any additional language is an advantage
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Khar, Mumbai
