What You Will Be Doing

  • Administer and maintain Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop environments, ensuring secure and seamless integration.
  • Deploy and manage application access solutions (EFM, Bomgar, Island Browser) to simplify and control enterprise-wide user access.
  • Upgrade infrastructure to current versions, address vulnerabilities, and oversee incident resolution (INC).
  • Gather and define business requirements for enterprise email and messaging platforms, collaborating closely with end-users to capture specifications.
  • Assess and recommend hardware and software solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure 24/7 availability and smooth integration of email, messaging, and identity systems.
  • Deliver technical support for messaging and identity-related issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation for administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes. 

What You Bring

  • Extensive expertise in Azure environments, including AZ-104 and Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AZ-140).
  • Proficient in Windows Server administration and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in managing migrations and timely patching to ensure system stability and security.
  • Strong scripting and automation capabilities using tools such as Terraform and PowerShell for cloud and infrastructure environments.
  • Adaptable and flexible to work in rotational shifts.
