We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Desktop Support & Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our end-user computing environment, network infrastructure, and cloud-based systems. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for resolving hardware, software, and network issues across the organization, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user productivity. With a strong foundation in desktop support, networking protocols, system administration, and cloud integration, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure, scalable, and future-ready IT ecosystem. This position is ideal for a technically adept professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional IT service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2–4 years of hands-on experience in desktop support, system administration, and network engineering.
Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, GWS, GCP, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including identity and access management.
Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools, patch management, and endpoint protection.
Knowledge of ITIL principles and service desk tools (e.g., ServiceDesk, ) is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call support as needed.
