Role Overview
The Executive to Director's Office serves as the right hand of the Directors - driving
alignment, clarity, and execution across the organisation. The CoS will oversee
internal and
external communications
, ensure
follow-through with multiple stakeholders
, and
coordinate seamlessly across all verticals under the Director's Office.
This role
demands strategic thinking, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to turn vision into
actionable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
●
Strategic Coordination:
Act as the primary bridge between the Director's Office and
all internal teams to ensure priorities are clear and progress is on track.
●
Follow-ups & Execution:
Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across
departments, ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.
●
Communications Management:
○ Oversee and draft
internal updates, external briefs, and strategic
communications
on behalf of the Director.
○ Maintain consistent messaging and positioning for high-profile engagements,
donors, partners, and media.
●
Meeting & Information Flow:
Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and minutes for
Board/EC meetings; streamline decision-prep for the Director.
●
Issue Resolution:
Surface and address bottlenecks early, escalating to the Director
only when necessary.
●
Special Projects:
Lead cross-functional initiatives directly assigned by the Director.
Qualifications & Skills
● Experience in agile execution(startup), or communications roles.
● Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled in preparing executive-level briefs
and decks.● Strong organisational and follow-up skills; adept at multitasking in a fast-paced,
high-impact environment.
● Proven ability to influence and coordinate across diverse teams.
